Meet Our Team
John W. Goodwin II “Jack”
Jack co-founded United Ambulance in 2014 after 5 years in the Emergency Medical field, working in a variety of positions. Starting as an EMT-Basic and eventually becoming a licensed Paramedic, he wanted to create a company that focused on patient care and wellness, as well as a place where EMTs felt truly appreciated. He also wanted United to focus on “covered care” in terms of providing ambulance service for patients that was in line with their financial wellbeing. “A ride in an ambulance is supposed to save your life, not ruin it.”
Matthew Clayborne is one of the co-founders of United Ambulance Services. As a certified EMT he strives to make sure he always puts the patient’s needs before anything else. Matthew is a native San Diegan and a veteran of the United States Navy, serving honorably with two tours including Operation Iraqi Freedom. During his time in the Navy, Matthew realized the importance of serving others as well as his country. “We started this company with the goal of raising the bar of expectations in regards to patient care and treating every patient we come into contact with like a family member”.
